Mr. Harrell is a music industry and business advisor to TWEEDL. Mr. Harrell is the Vice Chairman of Combs Enterprises. With credentials in film, television, music and branding, Andre has helped influence and create urban and Millennial culture around the world.

Prior to Combs Enterprises, Andre founded Uptown Records and Management, where he launched the careers of Mary J. Blige, Jodeci, Al B. Sure, Anthony Hamilton, and The Lost Boyz. He also mentored hip-hop mogul, Sean "Puffy" Combs. Andre is responsible for changing the sound of R&B music; by the end of 1994, Billboard Magazine ranked Uptown, amongst all major labels, second for the number of charted R&B singles and fifth for the number of R&B charted albums.

In 1995 Mr. Harrell became the president and CEO of Motown Records. During his five-year tenure, he oversaw the careers of Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, and Queen Latifah. After four decades, having a hit record in each, Andre continues to have his hand on the pulse of music, recently executive producing the biggest single in the history of radio: "Blurred Lines" by Robin Thicke and Pharrell.

Mr. Phillips serves as a Technology and business advisor to TWEEDL. Prior to Infor, Mr. Phillips was President of Oracle Corporation and a member of its Board of Directors. During his seven and a half year-tenure, the company tripled in size and successfully acquired 70 companies.  Prior to Oracle, Mr. Phillips was a Managing Director in the Technology Group at Morgan Stanley, where he was an Institutional Investor All Star for ten consecutive years.

Before his 18-year career on Wall Street, Chuck was a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps in the 2nd Battalion, 10th Marines artillery unit. In 2012, Chuck was the guest speaker at the Marine Corps' 237th birthday ball for his old unit, after their return from Afghanistan.

Mr. Phillips holds a BS in computer science from the U.S. Air Force Academy, a JD from New York Law School, and an MBA from Hampton University; he is also a member of the Georgia State Bar. Mr. Phillips also served on the Obama Administration's Economic Recovery Board, led by Paul Volcker.

Julie Chi is presently an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley and has been with the firm for 14 years with a focus on Change Management, Business Development, Transformation strategy design and implementation for cost reduction for operational processes, and Governance for risk mitigation across the Institutional Securities platform. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Julie was a VP at Goldman Sachs, Long Term Capital Management and Natwest Securities where she also help build businesses to provide scalable client service model and deliver upon an advanced  technology infrastructure to support the Institutional Derivative Trading Businesses. She served as a key member of many industry forums and initiatives to ensure the firm was in alignment with the market and its competitors.

Julie is an active participant in the social community. Presently, she is a Board Member of the Korean American Family Service Center, a leading non-profit organization that supports and empowers adults, youth, and children to lead safe and healthy lives based on dignity, compassion and mutual respect. They are committed to preventing and ending domestic violence, sexual assault, and relationship abuse, and creating a violence-free society. For the past 3 years, she was the Gala Co. Chairs where she and her team lead the fund raising events. Recently, she joined the Host Committee for 2017 Dumbo Dance Festival, supporting the international artist to appreciate dance. Finally, she is serves on the founding board of the MYSELFMYLIFE, LLC, the owner and developer of b.Me, a unique personal well-being data integration App that help people strive and maintain healthy life style and choices.
