Campaign Rules

TWEEDL, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company with principal offices at 500 7th Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10018 (“TWEEDL”).

All music lovers, including music artists, (“Users”) are invited to participate in TWEEDL’s Share Music – Get Beats Campaign (the “Campaign”).  Any user who installs the TWEEDL app prior to the announced end date of the Campaign is automatically a candidate to win a pair of Beats Headphones.  All users that get 25 people to install the TWEEDL App will receive a pair of Beats Headphones, while supplies last.

TWEEDL, LLC is a Delaware limited liability company with principal offices at 500 7th Avenue, 8th Floor, New York, NY 10018 (“TWEEDL”).

All aspiring artists (“Artists”) are invited to participate in TWEEDL’s Aspiring Artist Ambassador Campaign (“Campaign”).  Five Artists will receive the opportunity to perform live at TWEEDL’s launch party.  The $50,000 Aspiring Artist Ambassador Award (“Award”) will be presented to one of the five aspiring Artists, as chosen by the TWEEDL app users according to the procedures defined in these Rules.  Other prizes may be awarded in TWEEDL’s discretion. The total award will include $100,000 in cash and prize, which may include the following:

• $50,000 in cash
• A customized PR campaign experience ($15,000 value)
• Industry and business coaching (by Tony and the TWEEDL Team) ($15,000 value)
• Digital Presence Consulting ($10,000 Value)
• Inclusion in TWEEDL’s ongoing PR and promotional efforts for 12 Months ($10,000 value)


CONSENT
By downloading the application within the Campaign period, the user consents to participation in the Campaign.  Use of the TWEEDL application and website indicates consent to be bound by TWEEDL’s Terms and Conditions of Use.

ELIGIBILITY
The Campaign is open to legal residents of the United States and U.S. territories who are lawful users of the TWEEDL music application, as defined in the TWEEDL Terms & Conditions of Use.  Users who do not maintain a permanent residence in the United States or U.S. territories are ineligible to receive the Campaign prizes and will not be considered in the Campaign.

Each user must be the rightful owner of the e-mail address registered with the TWEEDL account used to vote on and share songs. Use of an unauthorized email address may result in disqualification.
Campaign PROCEEDURES
As of the posting of these Rules on TWEEDL’s website, the campaign period is open.  The Campaign will commence on the day that TWEEDL launches its Campaign ads and end on or about seven (7) days from the commencement date.

To be considered in the Campaign, interested users must download the TWEEDL app.

The goal for all users is to encourage as many friends and followers as possible to install the TWEEDL app by clicking on links connected to songs that you have shared from TWEEDL and to reshare your songs shared. Whenever a user gets 25 additional people to install the app, the user will receive a pair of Beats Headphones, while supplies last. Here is how it works:
Users’ votes apply to the songs, not to Artists.  There is no limit to the number of 30 second song samples that a user may share in the Campaign.

All voting and sharing must be conducted by real individuals.  Any user found to have used fake accounts, automated voting, or any other means in order to manipulate their total number of “shares” and thus “installs” will be disqualified from the Campaign.  TWEEDL reserves the right to use its discretion in resolving any issues or mistakes that may arise from the tallying “installs.”
As of the posting of these Rules on TWEEDL’s website, the campaign period is open.  All submissions must be completed before the Campaign period ends in order to be eligible for the Aspiring Artist Ambassador Award.  The Campaign period ends at 11:59 p.m. E.T. on November 5, 2018 or such other date that may be announced by TWEEDL.  Artists that enter the Campaign sooner will have greater chances of success in receiving votes and followers through the Campaign.

A complete submission requires:

• Uploading at least one song to TWEEDL at TWEEDLmusic.com;
• After uploading a song, choosing a 30 second sample for at least one song, using the “Be Heard” features at TWEEDLmusic.com; and
• Following TWEEDL on Instagram at @TWEEDLmusic or @TWEEDLpop.


All complete submissions will become part of the Campaign.  There is no additional process required to opt in.

All songs uploaded must comply with TWEEDL’s Terms & Conditions of Use and be original work with no sampling.  TWEEDL has discretion to disqualify entries that, in its discretion, it feels are in bad faith, display unprofessionalism, or otherwise reflect poorly on the TWEEDL platform.  
It is recommended that Artists promote the Aspiring Artist Ambassador Campaign on social media using the hashtag #TWEEDLartistsaward.
CAMPAIGN Prize
At the end of the Share Music – Get Beats Campaign, TWEEDL will Identify all users that have generated 25 installs or more. Any user that gets 25 or more people to install the app, based on installs attributable to their personal digital song ID Tags, will receive a Beats Headphone.

Supplies of Beats Headphones may be limited in the discretion of the Company. Therefore, Company reserves the rights to award such Beats Headphones in order of most installs to least installs until supplies run out, in the Company’s discretion.

TWEEDL reserves the right to extend or modify the winner notification and announcement schedule as necessary.  TWEEDL further reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Rules to address any issue that may arise at any time up to the date that prizes are awarded.
